Order and Delivery

All shipments to Turkey Aras done by courier. All orders across Turkey are shipped free of charge.

Immediately after the payment process of the product you purchased is completed, specially protected packaging is made according to the nature of the product. Your package will be delivered to the cargo within 5 working days after the packaging is finished.

You can follow every step of your order from the My Orders section on the right of the My Account menu. 

Your order is preparing: Indicates that your order has been received and prepared by us.

* Your Product Has Been Shipped: Indicates that the packaging process is completed and delivered to the cargo. By clicking on your cargo tracking number, you can see where your package is.

Your order has been canceled: Indicates that the product you requested for return has reached us and received a return approval. In the following days, the refund is made to your credit card.

“Undeliverable” is left when you cannot be found at the address. Your order will be delivered to your address once again on the next business day. When you call the cargo company and share the time they will come again, you can ensure that your package arrives at the right time. Your undeliverable order will be returned to the Balizza warehouse.
All orders are shipped with waybill and invoice as required by law.

While receiving your order, there should be no rips, crushes, wetting, etc. in the cargo package. You should definitely check if there is a problem. We also recommend that you make sure that the products in your package are the same as those reflected in the invoice.

The cargo officer will assist you in case of any problems with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not take delivery of the cargo and keep a report to the cargo authority. The report will facilitate your transactions in product exchange or refund.

* When receiving your cargo, we recommend that you check the package while the cargo officer is with you. In case you detect a missing/damaged product; Ask the cargo officer to keep a record and do not take delivery of the products. Keeping a record shows that the problem in the cargo is not caused by you, but by the cargo company. As a result of the report, the new product will be shipped to you immediately.

* Missing/damage notifications made after receiving the cargo may be rejected depending on the examination, as there is no report or it was not prepared at the time of the first delivery.

* Product; invoice, original box, original packaging, accompanying documents and all accessories. Returns of unused and undamaged products are accepted.

* We kindly request that no shipping labels or duct tape be used on the original box. Otherwise, the refund will not be possible.

* Products damaged by user error (fall, impact, etc.) cannot be returned.

* For returns, all copies of the invoice (2 copies) must be sent with the product.  

Terms of Service and Returns Policy

Right of return within 14 days: After you create a return request, you can send back the products you want to return, together with your invoice, within 14 days from the date you receive the order. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions. 

Return Policy: The products to be returned; Must be unused and unworn.

The labels of the products must not be torn off.

There should be no wear or damage (torn, dented, missing parts) on the products.

Just like in our stores, you can open the package to look at the product and try the product. Please keep the original packaging and return it with the product. Do not try the products with heavy-smelling perfumes or a deodorant that can leave marks. 

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products.

Refunds: If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the bank within 3 working days. The reflection time of the refunded amount on credit cards is 3-7 working days on average.

Orders paid by wire transfer-EFT will be returned to the account number you specified within 7 working days, provided that they comply with the return conditions.

In accordance with the relevant legislation; By service providers (postal-cargo companies), during the delivery of postal items to the recipient; as a minimum; The name, surname, TR identity number of the recipient (passport number for foreign nationals, the number of the equivalent document with international validity, or the document number issued by the Turkish authorities to determine the identity) are recorded and kept confidential for at least two years to present to the relevant authorities when necessary. is stored. If the buyer does not want to give his identity information, the shipment is not delivered, it is returned to the sender.

Once you have placed your order, you can cancel your order before the product can go to the shipping stage.
